Appt time: 0800 Arrived: 0730 Departed: 0930 I wouldn’t advise coming in until maybe 30 minutes, before appt. Yard is small and congested. When I arrived, I parked on the yard but was told I needed to go park on the street and wait for a call. 15-20 minutes later someone came to the truck and gave me a dock door. Parking on the street near the customer can be extremely difficult, because the street is filled with the customers employees cars. Overall decent experience. Fast unloading professional/friendly staff

Awesome people..... Entrance is actually on Registry Dr Arrived 5am appt. Was 6 am... Unloaded quickly. Only 45 minutes in and out!!!!

DO NOOOOT COME HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOOOT COME HERE!! THE REVIEWS ARE THE TRUTH!! THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING HERE!!! REFUSE THE LOAD!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR!!! ONE TRUCK IN THE DOOR, NOTHING BUT TRAILERS EVERYWHERE, AND THEY CAN'T MANAGER TO UNLOAD ONE FREAKEN TRUCK!!! IT'S HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! MISMANAGED!!!!!!!!

Worst shipping and receiving I have ever experienced. 30 minutes to unload one pallet off the end of my truck. And the ramp didn’t work so had to lift off by hand. Nice

So drivers plan on being here for at least 4+ hours if your delivering! Also very small place you have to park on the street which as limited parking for about 4 trucks and walk over to the shopping office! Once checked in they will come get you when they are ready for you! To sum things up very very slow here!
